Make a Donation

The Alumni Association's fundraising efforts are focused on 5 funds:

1) Facilities Fund:  Helps the current band maintain the facilities on the fairgrounds

2) Activities & Operating Fund:  The Alumni Association hosts events for current and former band members in addition to having basic operating funds (postage, website domain, etc.)

3) The John "Corky" McLeish and Lenora "Mac" McLeish Scholarships: 2 scholarships are awarded to band members going to college each year. These scholarships are in memory of the band's founders.

4) The Becky Carlin Camp Scholarship:  Band camp costs $160/member so this fund was established in memory of Becky Carlin to help sponsor members who cannot afford camp.

5) The Jane Copenhefer Hands to Larger Service Grant:  Established in honor the band's longest serving director, grants are awarded to a former and current band member to help them achieve a mission which puts their hands to larger service.

If you would like to make a donation to the Alumni Association, you can do so by completing this quick form. We also accept check donations (Licking County 4-H Band Alumni Association, 5879 Blacks Rd., Pataskala, OH 43062) or Venmo donations (@LC4Hbandalumni). Please put "general donation" or indicate which special project/fund you'd like your donation to support as the memo on Venmo or on the check. You will receive a receipt for your donation.
